Five stars — couldn't be happier.
Discovered a snapped garage door spring at 10:00 this morning and was back in business by 3:00 p.m. — same day. From the first phone call, Pop's had it together: someone answered immediately, gave me a clear ballpark estimate, and got me on the schedule without any hassle.
My technician, Tal, reached out before my appointment with his ETA and showed up exactly when he said he would. He completed the repair in about 35 minutes, walked me through my parts options, and took a few minutes to share some maintenance tips I didn't know I needed. At no point did he try to upsell me on replacing the spring on my second door or anything else — that kind of straightforward, no-pressure service is genuinely rare and really appreciated.
The final cost came in at the low end of the estimate I was given on the phone. No surprises.
Tal was competent, knowledgeable, and brought great energy to the job. If you need garage door service, call Pop's. You'll be in good hands.
